On Saturday (Could 14), the Chennai Tremendous Kings middle-order batter took to his official Twitter deal with to announce his retirement from the cash-rich league on the finish of IPL 2022.
“I’m joyful to announce that this can be my final IPL. I’ve had a beautiful time enjoying it and being a part of 2 nice groups for 13 years.
“Wish to sincerely thank Mumbai Indians and Csk for the fantastic journey,” he tweeted on Saturday.

Minutes after his sudden announcement, Rayudu deleted the tweet from his Twitter timeline.
The CSK CEO confirmed Rayudu gained’t be leaving the four-time IPL champions and probably tweeted over his poor run in IPL 2022.
“No no he’s not retiring. Perhaps he wasn’t joyful along with his performances and might need put it out. Only a psychological factor, I reckon. He’ll be with us,” Viswanathan clarified, as reported by Information 9 journalist Subhayan Chakraborty.
